What I offer...

I provide counseling services for individuals ages 16+  in Columbia, IL, and the surrounding area to address stress, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, trauma, depression, anger, grief,  low self-esteem, relationship/ marital issues, divorce, vocational challenges, and ADHD related difficulties.

I take a holistic approach to recovery that is guided by interdisciplinary psychology, health sciences, anthropology, and the Christian Faith.  It is my intent to provide a positive and respectful encounter for all individuals regardless of background or beliefs.  I incorporate a variety of modalities and interventions including but not limited to:
